We are pleased to announce that we will be awarding up to two (2) $500 scholarships in Winter 2008.
The following are the minimum criteria:
a. Open to students pursuing a career in a transportation-related field, such as intelligent transportation systems, transportation engineering or transportation planning.
b. Currently enrolled at least half time in an accredited program at an Oregon College or University.
c. GPA of 3.0 or higher.
The scholarships will be awarded to up to two students based on their specific transportation goals as reflected in their submitted essay, academic record, and transportation-related activities or job skills. Minority candidates are encouraged to apply.

Materials must be received or postmarked by December 7, 2007. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered. We expect to announce the scholarship awardees by January 15, 2008.
